The moment you complete your order(s), that means you've acknowledged that the order and information are accurate. This is why reviewing and verifying before completing is a must.
Time-Frame and Returns Process
If you would like to return your order(s), follow these steps:
Contact us and let us know which product(s) you want to return, as well as the reason for return.
place the product(s) back in its original packaging.
Write or print the order number inside the package. (You can find the product's order number on your account's order history.)
Wait for our email about the return instructions/address. Note: the address on the package is not the return address. please don't send the package to that address so we can prevent return complications.
Drop the package off at your local post office.
Make sure you send us the return tracking number so we'll be able to keep track of it.
As for the time-frame, it takes 10-25 business days in transit. Then, when we receive the return package, it takes 5-7 business days to process it.
Once we process your return package, we will inform you about it through email.
What about your refund?
If you used a Credit Card, allow 7-14 business days to process the transaction.
If you used PayPal, allow 48 hours to process the transaction.
Cost for Return Shipping & Address
We aim to provide top-notch service to ALL our customers. This is why we accept product(s) returns worldwide.
But there are a couple of things to keep in mind when returning a product(s):
You have to pay for all the shipping expenses, including the fees for the product(s) returns and exchange.
We do not refund shipping expenses.
Ask your local post office for the price of the return shipping expense.
To keep the prices low, look for the least expensive registered mailing method.
What if the product(s) arrive defective or damaged?
Here are some things you should keep in mind:
If your location can't be found due to a lack of logistic details, the item(s) will return to us. As this is your responsibility, we only offer a 50% refund.
If you put a detailed address but the item(s) never arrives, check with your local post office. The package should be in their hands. If not (if the package was lost along the way), we can only offer a 30% refund.
Make sure you keep the original shipping receipt in case the shipping container gets damaged. You'll want to use that receipt to make a claim to the shipper.

If you're returning a package, keep the "Return Authorization Number #" outside the packaging. This is so we can spot it right away. Note: Without the return authorization number, we will return the package to you.
